Aurvelia is a trading name of Blackmere Holdings LLC, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through aurvelia.com.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.


2. Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times, calculated from the date of dispatch, are as follows:

  • United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia, Middle East, Asia: 7–14 business days
  • South America, Africa: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on customs clearance, local postal services, seasonal volume, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed. From time to time, promotional shipping offers may apply.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, a tracking link, and the carrier's information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs processing times. Please consult your local customs office for guidance specific to your country.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, or the package being unclaimed at customs, we will contact the customer for clarification.

At the customer's request, we can either reship the package at the customer's expense, or issue a refund of the product cost. Shipping fees on returned packages are non-refundable.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking information has not updated for 7 business days, or if you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@aurvelia.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship or refund your order at your preference. Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of dispatch.


8. Damaged Packages

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us at support@aurvelia.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and the affected items. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Our products are formulated for cosmetic use and shipped in protective packaging. Should your order be affected by extreme temperatures or other transit conditions upon arrival, please contact our customer care team.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our logistics partners, global shipping conditions, or regulatory requirements. The most current version will always be available on this page.
